Big Vegetarian Brekkie

Bluestone Lane is an Australian-style café in NYC. They are known for their award-winning coffee roaster. I have tried most of their “BREKKIE ALL DAY”: avocado smash, soft chili scalable with avocado, and folded chimichurri egg and bacon toast. However, I LOVE their breakfast items the best! My favorite is the LB brekkie served with everything you want: avocado smash on toasted multigrain served with two poached eggs, roasted tomatoes, field mushrooms, and baby kale. The original comes with bacon and the vegetarian comes with halloumi.
