Sharing my life with Koa has been one most rewarding experience, truly giving me unconditional love, joy, and companionship.

When deciding on the right breed for me, I considered both about my lifestyle and personality. The key factors when I was deciding are listed below:

  • I live in Manhattan and needed a dog who could hang out in a small apartment and not started by the sounds of the city

  • I wanted a running partner

  • As a single female, I wanted a dog who could protect me when needed, but love everyone as our daily walks would include interacting with both people and other dogs

  • I wanted to have a dog that was easy to train and highly intelligent

Rhodesian Ridgebacks as a breed are:

  • Superb hunters, originally bred to purse lions

  • Top long distance running dog

  • Protective and make excellent family guardians

  • Highly intelligent

  • Strong-willed and independent personality

  • Loyal and devoted companions

Rhodesian Ridgebacks where the perfect fit for my lifestyle and personality!
